Mindful Movement Yoga with Horses

Mabry Farm is excited to offer a Yoga and  Sound Vibration Experience in the healing presence of horses. Join us in the pasture for mindful movement connection and rejuvenation. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a curios beginner, this blend of movement, sound, and equine presence will ground and inspire you. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.

​Sound vibrations are created utilizing various instruments including bells, chimes, drum, and crystal bowls. This immersive experience is designed to bring balance and a deep state of relaxation. Come experience the healing power of sound, somatic practices, and the energy of beautiful horses.​​Wear comfortable clothing to move in . Also, bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, sunglasses and hat. Mats can be reserved for first time attending if you don't have one. ​

Our FIRST CLASS BEGINS SUNDAY, SEPT. 20 8:30 AM.

COST: $30 Donation for 1 Hour Class                                     $100 for package of 4 classes

ALL PROCEEDS GO TOWARD NONPROFIT MABRY FARM HAVEN FOR HORSES to cover expenses for rescue, retired horses or those  with medical  issues requiring hospitalization or expensive treatments.  You can text Julie and sign-up with her if you are a part of our Barn Family or Friend  or take Lessons. Send payment to Venmo or Paypal (label YOGA CLASS w/date). If you have never attended Mabry Farm Equestrian, go to Christina's website to register for a class.
